Roly's Fudge Pantry is based in the heart of St Ives since 2017.

Our traditional family-run fudge pantry makes crumbly fudge from a 150-year-old West Country recipe and we cook, pour, slice and sell all of our fudge in store.

Come see it made in front of your very eyes and try classic favourites such as Vanilla Clotted Cream, Rum 'n' Raisin or Chocolate, as well as a variety of more contemporary varieties such as Sea Salt, Salted Maple & Pecan and our vegan flavours.
